As we pride ourselves on selling you the best product for your pool and spa needs, please contact us immediately if there's an issue with your product. We offer to replace/refund any items that is damaged, faulty or missing after we have conducted an investigation on the issue. We also cover the costs of the transit if this ever occurs, so please provide us with as much evidence of your product that way we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Any information we gather from you, is purely for the purpose of marketing and to improve our store so we can meet the needs of all of our customers.
