Are there any lock-in contracts?
No lock-ins, ever. Both plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 7 days notice. We believe in earning your business every single visit.
What areas do you service?
We service Perth's northern suburbs including Padbury, Hillarys, Sorrento, Duncraig, Kingsley, Woodvale, Greenwood, Warwick, and surrounding areas.
Are chemicals included?
Chemicals are charged separately based on what your pool needs at each visit. This way you only pay for what's actually used. We stock premium brands in-store or can add them to your service.
How do I qualify for the Senior rate?
Simply show us your WA Seniors Card when you sign up. The Senior Sparkle Service includes everything in our full Sparkle Service at a discounted rate of $89/month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Absolutely. Switch between plans at the start of any billing cycle. Just give us a call or pop into the shop at Padbury and we'll sort it out.
