  • Visit 2: Floc & Vacuum-to-Waste
    We drop the dead algae to the pool floor and use our high-powered vacuum to remove it completely (not through your filter).
  • Visit 3: Filter Clean & Final Balance
    We deep clean your filter (cartridge or sand) and perform a final computerised water test, adding minerals and balancers to make it perfect.
